This course explores various techniques to effectively close or secure a sale, equipping participants with the skills needed to finalize transactions successfully. The curriculum covers a range of closing methods, including (but not limited to) the assumptive close, and consultative close. Participants will learn to match the appropriate technique to different customer scenarios, ensuring a tailored approach.
